I remember the first time I checked out this site... overwhelmed is definitely the first word that springs to mind. Just in their ‘ dresses’ category alone there were over 2500 different styles (not including colour combinations), and it quickly became apparent that a girl could actually spend all day perusing this site – and all day I did. I just could not get over how cheap everything was – especially the Asos self-branded products.  On a side note.. one of my favourite things about this site is that not only can you put items into your bag where they are store for a week, but you can also ‘save’ coveted items for a 21 days.  I had tons of fun moving items into my bag and out again.. and so many times was tempted to ‘confirm my order’ – but something held me back.  And that something (for once) was caution.  Having not bought anything off the site I was concerned about 1. their sizing, and 2. quality.  These concerns were soon realised with the introduction of a site to a girlfriend, who cheered and then proceeded to place large orders from the site.  When they arrived there was an excited buzz in the office; but upon opening there was an unfortunate whiff of disappointment in the air.  The self-branded products were no different to things found in Temt or Valleygirl – and were actually expensive considering the quality.  Major bummer.  On the plus side – the non Asos-branded items are fantastic. There is a massive selection, and as long as you have a rough idea of your sizing in each brand you can really pick up some winners from a brand range as broad as Cheap Monday skinny jeans to a funky Zoe Karsner tee, or a Cacharel dress teamed with a pair of Ugg Australia booties. Go nuts.  Plus the site is super user friendly and with free shipping (fast) to Australia you really cant go wrong.
